Arts in Education Volunteers
Otherwise known as “Nutcracker Demos”; transportation and chaperone support
Audition Support Manager/ Helpers
Master Class registration; HBC Auditions; Nutcracker Auditions; outside scholarship and intensive audition (applications, resumes, and photographs)
“Nutcracker” Boutique Manager/ Sales
HBS Boutique Manager/Sales
Including Nutcracker tshirts
Flower Manager/Sales
Including Mums, Poinsettias, presentation bouquets
Dressing Room Manager/Sales
Check in dancers and staff all performances; manage/recruit volunteers in dressing rooms
Hospitality Team
Open house, cast parties, any other function which includes school dancers
Wardrobe Assistants
Assist Wardrobe Mistress when called upon especially during Nutcracker, Spring Show
Class Parents
1 to 2 per class for all classes Creative Movement through Level II
Performance Security
Dads are needed to help assure limited access to backstage areas
